Photoshop Reflections?

I'm trying to make some reflections, shadows with Photoshop 7.0 but i've not find a good tutorial site to learn step by step. Please check this link: http://www.gigafiles.co.uk/files/307/car... AND

Photoshop Reflections?free spyware

1.Just select the area of the image that you want to reflect.

2.Copy and paste it into a new layer.

3.Hit Edit: Transform: Flip Vertical

4. Drag into position. If you want to skew it to change the angle follow the instructions in 3, but hit skew instead of flip.

5. Select the layer in the layers window and reduce opacity until it looks right.

This will give you a decent basic reflection. There is a lot more you can do to it, but this will surfice for now.

EDIT, sorry had a typo there, it was ''reflect'', not ''replace''.
