When I save my gif in Imageready after making it with photoshop, and save it as a gif and whatever, it comes out as a moving animated gif, but when I uploaded, there these scribbles and tiny marks on it while its moving, can anyone tell me why this is happening?

humm..did you save it as ''save for web'' also how large is the file? I never use imageready in photoshop just go to file save for web then upload to site, I use CS2
