is there any places online where i can try out photoshop 4 free? i just wanna try it out, BUT...i want a place where i dont have to download anything or sign up, because i done that and i never got photoshop, i just got a bunch of pop up things.

so, any photoshop places where i can TRY OUT for FREE with out DOWNLOADING ANYTHING or CREATING ACCOUNTS...atleast...any places? Thanks....

I don't think you can buy Photoshop 4 any more. The current one is CS3

They only way to get it without downloading is to get the program off a disk. But photoshop 4 is really old and dated, it's about 10 years old or so, so you may have a really hard time finding it. Good luck. You can get a newer version from www.adobe.com and request that the demo disk be mailed to you. That way you don't have to download anything, but they will ask for your information. Opt our of any email or future notifications to avoid getting unwanted mail. Pop ups shouldn't be a problem from Adobe.com
The only place you can (legally) get a free trial of Photoshop is Adobe.com. You have to create an account and download it, though. In any case, you will definitely have to download something. It's illegal for anyone other than Adobe to distribute Photoshop, especially for free, and show it around on the Internet.

However, you can try Oekaki. It is more limited than Photoshop, but has wonderful functions for any artist. Suta-raito.com has one. You create an account but it's really fast and you can use the Oekaki (there are three applications, about) for as long as you like.
